At Naked Buttah, we take pride in carefully packaging and delivering your self-care essentials, so they arrive safely and beautifully. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.
We currently ship within the United States and offer three convenient options. Naked Economy Shipping is available for $4.90 and typically arrives in 5–8 business days. Naked Express Shipping is available for $8.95 and arrives in 3–4 business days. We also offer Free Naked Shipping on all orders of $75 or more, which arrives in 5–8 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance or seasonal delays.
It is important that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Naked Buttah is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours at support@nakedbuttah.com with photos, and we will be happy to assist you.
At this time, Naked Buttah ships only within the United States. International shipping will be available in the future as we continue to grow and expand.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Naked Buttah is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with your local carrier office or neighbors.
